DESCRIPTION

They are the largest of the deer species, and are distinguishable by their antlers that can spread out up to 6 ft. Their hooves act as snowshoes that support them in snow or on muddy ground. They are good swimmers and also agile on land, despite their size; they can run up to 35 miles an hour and trot steadily at 20 miles an hour. They use their antlers to battle for mating supremacy.
