They are the world’s largest cats. The pattern of stripes are different on each individual animal, they help to camouflage themselves in the wild. They can eat up to 60lbs of food in one night, but they don’t usually eat that much. They can travel many miles to find their prey, such as elk and wild boar. They usually go on nocturnal hunts, meaning they hunt largely at night. They attack their prey by creeping in close and silently and then they spring with a fatal leap.
